The Los Angeles Rams have become a force to be reckoned with the 2017 NFL season. After a forgettable first year back in the City of Angels, new head coach Sean McVay has seemingly started to turn things around with help from star running back, Todd Gurley.
On Thursday, the Rams showcased their talented offense once again put up over 40 points for the second time in three games. Gurley, who had a down year last season, exploded for 149 yards from scrimmage and three total touchdowns. The third-year back also had some choice words for the Dallas Cowboys whom the Rams face in Week 4 back in Los Angeles.
Gurley told Cowboys legend Michael Irvin that his former team headed for a loss in Week 4, via Conor Orr of NFL.com.

With the Cowboys coming off a disappointing loss to the Denver Broncos and still in danger of losing Ezekiel Elliott to a suspension, the Rams may have a legitimate shot of living up to Gurley's brimming confidence.
After breakout rookie season with the Rams, Gurley cooled off considerably last year scoring a total of six touchdowns. In only three games this season, Gurley has already matched that total and is looking more and more like the running back that dominated the competition in his first year with the team.
While the Rams celebrate being 2-1, the Cowboys are gearing up to face the Arizona Cardinals in Week 3 on Monday Night Football. The Rams will get America's Team on a short week for Dak Prescott and company while playing on their home field at Los Angeles Memorial Stadium in Week 4.
