Brian Flores dropped a massive bomb on the NFL on Tuesday after filing a lawsuit against the league and some teams. He seems to have a strong case, but only time will tell how it all plays out. Regardless, more black coaches in the league have come forward with how they've been mistreated. The latest comes from Jon Embree, former coach of the San Francisco 49ers.

According to Solomon Wilcots, former assistant head coach and tight ends coach, Jon Embree, was offered a 60 percent pay cut to stay with the organization. Ultimately, Embree refused and was fired from the 49ers' coaching staff.

With the Brian Flores lawsuit in full swing, this isn't a great look for San Francisco or the NFL.

Offering anybody, for any job, a 60 percent pay cut likely won't go over well. It's hard to imagine a single person in the world agreeing to something like that. Even so, here we are with the 49ers asking a coach to take a drastic pay decrease. Nobody in their right minds would agree to such a thing, which only adds the speculation, that San Francisco was finding a reason to fire Jon Embree from the coaching staff.

Between the 49ers situation right now, along with Hue Jackson claiming the Cleveland Browns offered him money to tank, it seems the NFL has its hands full with issues. Both of these situations back Brian Flores' allegations against the league and the Miami Dolphins.

This is just the beginning of what could lead to massive changes for the NFL. We'll see how it all plays out though, as this is an ongoing situation.
