If you aren't a believer in the San Fransisco 49ers yet, you better hop on board soon. Last week's game against the reigning NFC champs and division foe Los Angeles Rams proved how legit the Niners are.

The team was able to control the entire game and enforced their will on a Rams team that didn't look like the same squad we saw a season ago.

While San Fransisco hasn't needed quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo to do much in the team's victories, having yet to pass for over 300 yards in a game, he seems to be a great fit in Kyle Shanahan's offense. While the defense and running backs have introduced themselves to the league with big games so far this season, Sunday will be Garoppolo's best chances to have his own breakout game against the Washington Redskins.

The 49ers faithful will be out in full force in a stadium that has become a gathering place, not for the hometown Redskins but for whoever their opposition is.

While Garappolo will be missing his dynamic rookie wide receiver Deebo Samuel in addition to running back Raheem Mostert being listed as questionable, it won't affect Garoppolo's big game. With Washington possibly missing cornerback Josh Norman and safety Deshazor Everett from their secondary, Garoppolo will be able to pick apart a Redskins team that ranks fourth to last in passing touchdowns allowed per game.

The Redskins' defense also ranks 29th in opposing quarterbacks completions per game as Jimmy G will be able to throw the deep ball with confidence that his receivers will beat out Washington defenders. Garoppolo will have time to find his receivers, standing behind a dominant offensive line that will is great at protecting the quarterback.

The Niners are one of the run heaviest teams in the league, running the ball more than half time they are on offense. Getting the running game going against the Redskins who rank near the bottom in defending it will open up even more holes downfield for Garoppolo. San Fransisco ranks in the top five in yards per pass attempt, meaning that when Garoppolo does drop back, he is often looking to take a shot downfield.

There are some who still are not sold on Garoppolo, saying he is not talented enough to lead the 49ers to a Super Bowl. While there are some still questioning the quarterback, he can prove them wrong Sunday and feast on a Redskins team who are in the midst of yet another lost season.
