The Tennessee Titans have a big test this week against the 4-1 Buffalo Bills.

The Titans sit at 3-2 on the season and are coming off a dominant victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars. This week, Tennessee gets back star wide receiver Julio Jones, who has been sidelined with an injury since week three.

The Bills will be a tough matchup for the Titans as they appear to be the favorite in the AFC. Last week, the Bills took down Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs 38-20. Josh Allen and the Bills are firing on all cylinders with an elite offensive and defensive unit. With that said, here are four bold predictions for the Titans' week six game against the Bills.

Titans Week 6 Predictions

4. Ryan Tannehill throws for 300 yards

Heading into the season, Ryan Tannehill was expected to have a great season. That has not been the case, as Tannehill and the Titans have been inconsistent.

So far this season, Tannehill has thrown for 1,251 yards as well as six passing touchdowns and three interceptions (Pro Football Reference). He's only had one game where he threw for 300 yards this season.

It will be a tall task against an elite Bills defense, but with Jones and A.J. Brown at receiver, Tannehill can get it done.

3. Julio Jones catches a touchdown

In the offseason, the Titans made a huge trade by acquiring wide receiver Julio Jones. Unfortunately, Jones has been hurt and unable to have an impact on the defending AFC South champions. They need Jones to have a big game even though it's his first game after an injury.

In the games he's played, Jones has 12 receptions for 204 yards and zero touchdowns (Pro Football Reference). His big frame makes him a red-zone threat, and the Titans need to utilize that ability going forward.

2. Titans defense struggles

While the Titans may compete with the Bills, it will be hard to stop their offense. The Bills not only have a lethal passing attack but have also been able to run the ball efficiently. Allen's main target is star wide receiver Stefon Diggs, who is a matchup nightmare for defenses.

He also has Emmanuel Sanders and Cole Beasley, who have been big contributors in the passing game. The Bills rushing attack includes Devin Singletary, Zach Moss, and dual-threat quarterback Allen.

This offense will be hard to contain and could lead to the Titans' defense struggling.

1. Derrick Henry dominates the game

The focal point in the Titans offense is running back Derrick Henry. Henry is one of the hardest players to tackle in the NFL. He can take over games due to his size, speed, and strength. Henry is always able to pick up extra yards due to his powerful running style.

So far this season, Henry has 142 rushes for 640 yards and seven touchdowns (Pro Football Reference). Henry has already gone over 100 yards four times in the five games this season. The Bills have one of if not the best defense in the NFL, but Henry should still assert himself in this game.

This Bills and Titans matchup is bound to be great as both teams have high expectations. It could be a playoff preview as both teams have looked good to start the season. Look for Tennessee and Buffalo to have a close contest with two star-studded offenses.
