Houston Texans defensive standout Jadeveon Clowney decided to use a weird incident of a Jacksonville Jaguars fan sending him trash as a way to provide a way for some children to have a solid holiday.

Following Houston's loss to Jacksonville, Clowney called quarterback Blake Bortles trash. Due to that, some Jaguars fan thought it would be cool to send the defensive player some trash cans.

Hooray, or something.

Anyway, Jadeveon Clowney announced that he purchased enough toys to fill those trash cans, then had all the cans full of toys loaded into a truck, and delivered them to Houston’s Mission of Yaweh homeless shelter.

“Thank you Jaguars fans for sending trash cans to NRG! It inspired me to fill them and an entire truck with toys to turn a negative situation into a blessing for some deserving women and children,” Clowney wrote on Twitter.

Bortles has posted a league-best 128.6 passer rating in December. While the stigma of negativity remains around him, he's clearly been good for roughly a month.

As for Clowney, while he didn't have to be so harsh when talking about the Jags QB, at least he turned the entire thing into a positive.

Have a great holiday, friends.
