Denver Nuggets head coach Michael Malone had a lot to say about the tragic Jacob Blake shooting.

Even though the Nuggets are facing elimination on Tuesday, Malone still took the time to passionately speak out on police brutality against African Americans, via Kendra Andrews of The Athletic.

NBA players and coaches have been kneeling during the national anthem and wearing Black Lives Matter shirts at Walt Disney World since the league restarted play in the bubble.

However, unarmed African Americans are still getting shot in the United States by police officers. At this point, you sense a feeling of helplessness from the NBA players and coaches, particularly by people of color. They basically realize there's nothing they can do to stop racial injustices while they are in a bubble.

LeBron James had a pretty powerful quote on Monday. He said he's trying to lead the Los Angeles Lakers to a championship, while also figuring out how he can help Black people.

Michael Malone, who is also seeking justice for Elijah McClain, has a big game to coach on Tuesday against the Utah Jazz, as the Nuggets' season is over if they lose to Utah. However, Malone understands there are bigger things in play right now and he should be commended for using his media session to talk about the Jacob Blake shooting.
