Denver Nuggets point guard Emmanuel Mudiay went one-on-one against one of the best eighth graders in the country in 13-year-old Dior Johnson during his skills academy at the YMCA in Albany, New York.

Naturally, it was Johnson's chance to ball out in front of his friends and he did just that — railing five straight three-pointers after Mudiay played no defense at the arc. Johnson even showed a little flair with great finishes around the basket, including a between-the-legs scoop to get past the former seventh overall draft pick.

Via TMZ:

Mudiay, in his defense, was playing in Vans — not the best basketball shoes to wear indoors and definitely not ones to test moving laterally against a spry 13-year-old.

The Nuggets' 6-foot-5 floor general ultimately gets his revenge on the kid, throwing a right-handed jam all over Johnson to put an end to the one-on-one affair, dangerously stumbling into the sidelines upon landing (close one there).

While these clinics can be all for fun and the sake of learning, there's never a lack of hungry ball-players that are willing to take a shot at an NBA talent. Had it not been for his game-clinching dunk, Mudiay could easily be the butt of all jokes in the Denver locker room at the start of training camp, as the 5-foot-9 Johnson gets a hero's welcome back home in Wilsonville.
