Denver Nuggets guard Jamal Murray was trending on social media on early Sunday morning, but for the wrong reasons.

An update to this situation occurred around 4 in the morning (eastern). The bottom of the post has been updated to reflect the new happening. It's two different tweets. One from Jamal Murray's girlfriend and the other from the Nuggets talent himself.

On Murray's Instagram account, what appears to be a sex tape with an unidentified woman was uploaded. The post, however, was quickly deleted.

In an interesting turn of events — upon the deletion of the NSFW video — Murray's IG Story was filled with weird posts.

Later in the morning, Murray's IG account was deactivated.

With how things developed, it could be that Murray's account has been hacked, which would explain the explicit content and the other posts that followed. It is also not surprising given that the Nuggets' rising star won't be the first (and probably won't be the last) victim of getting his privacy invaded.

Celebrities are prone to hacking, especially with their status and million of followers on social media. In fact, a couple of years ago, Lonzo Ball's snapchat was hacked — with the perpetrators threatening to leak Drake and 6ix9ine music, as well as inappropriate photos of Lonzo and his baby mama.

With the NBA still on a hiatus, players are finding different ways to kill time. However, fans and other people are no different since the sports world has been put into a complete stop amid the coronavirus spread.

After everything though, it is likely that Jamal Murray will address the issue sooner rather than later.

Jamal Murray's girlfriend, Harper Hempel, also turned to Twitter to ask the person who has the video to please delete it:
