ESPN analyst Richard Jefferson had Jamal Murray mad confused during his post-game interview after the Denver Nuggets defeated the Milwaukee Bucks on Tuesday.

As Murray respectfully called his interviewer “sir” (he didn't know it was Jefferson at first), the retired NBA forward warned the Canadian: “Don't you dare ‘yes sir' me ever again.”

Jefferson's threat from out of nowhere absolutely bewildered the 24-year old, who gave the most puzzled look ever into the camera. It almost felt like Murray was in a mockumentary show, giving his comedic look into the camera during an awkward moment.

This clip has been on repeat for 15 minutes now and I'm still laughing.

Jefferson really went at Murray right there. The 6-foot-4 guard did treat him with a ton of respect, but apparently, being called “sir” isn't Jefferson's cup of tea. Nonetheless, the 17-year NBA veteran was likely just messing with the Nuggets star. Murray later went on Twitter and said that his smile at the end was the highlight of it all.

Meanwhile, Utah Jazz frontman Donovan Mitchell couldn't hold back his laughter over Jefferson clowning the Nuggets star.

This confused look will likely become a national meme for years to come. It's hard to believe that this isn't Murray's only meme-worthy moment for Denver on Tuesday night. The first one happened when Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo fell as Murray was just shooting his free-throws. Murray gave a similarly puzzling, yet hilarious look as the Greek Freak had his Shaqtin' A Fool moment.

Nevertheless, despite the memes Murray produced on Tuesday, he and the Nuggets were all smiles as they took home a dominant 128-97 win over the Bucks.
