Much has been said about Giannis Antetokounmpo's questionable playing time last season. Milwaukee Bucks coach Mike Budenholzer only played him 30.4 minutes per game, his lowest since his rookie year. To put things in perspective, here are several guys who played more minutes than Antetokounmpo: Miles Bridges, Josh Richardson, Joe Harris, Darius Garland, and Kevin Huerter.

Antetokounmpo wasn't even in the NBA's top 60 in terms of minutes per outing last season. Just a little reminder: He is a two-time MVP.

Antetokounmpo didn't say much about the issue last season. But now, he has broken his silence. The Greek Freak told Jim Owczarski of the Journal Sentinel that he already had a conversation with Budenholzer about his workload.

The 26-year-old forward also said that if he needs to play almost the entire game, then so be it.

Antetokounmpo played 36 minutes in their opening day loss to the Boston Celtics on Wednesday. He tallied a game-high 35 points on top of 13 rebounds and two blocks. He, however, missed the potential game-tying free throw with only 0.4 ticks left, allowing the Celtics to escape with a last-gasp 122-121 win. Antetokounmpo also had seven turnovers.

The four-time All-Star, who re-signed with the Bucks for a record $228 million deal for five years, is still seeking to get over the hump in the NBA Playoffs after successive disappointing exits. He is coming off an ankle injury that sidelined him in their first round loss to the Miami Heat.

Giannis Antetokounmpo, however, has already said that he's ready to move forward and continue his quest to bring a title to the Bucks.
