Green Bay Packers star Aaron Rodgers is a generational talent and everyone, including the great Peyton Manning, knows he's a special breed. On Monday night, Rodgers put his team on his back as he helped the Packers get their first win of the season against the visiting Detroit Lions.

Peyton, who was on the call with his brother Eli Manning, had nothing but praises for the reigning three-time NFL MVP after another classic A-Rod performance. Rodgers passed 255 yards including four TDs and 0 interceptions to mark his entry to the NFL's top 10 list of all-time passing yards with a bang.

“His arm is elastic, he can make all those throws. I'm jealous of Aaron Rodgers.” Peyton said while praising Rodgers' ability to throw under any circumstance (via ESPN).

Peyton, who's a two-time Super Bowl champion and a five-time NFL MVP, definitely knows a thing or two about passing the football. But, according to Manning himself, even he finds it quite challenging to throw the ball without having his feet set. This, per Peyton, is what makes the Packers signal-caller a special kind of talent given that he's been able to show night in and night out that he can defy balance and gravity and throw rockets in the most awkward of stances.

Of course, anyone who's been watching Rodgers' career closely knows that this isn't anything new. The 37-year-old has proven time and time again that he's one of the best QBs to ever play in the league and all these praises and individual accolades only help cement his legacy.
