What a day it was for Christian McCaffrey of the Carolina Panthers. The league's Swiss army knife was able to cut the Jacksonville Jaguars defense to shreds on Sunday. Not only did McCaffrey have 176 yards on the ground on 19 carries, but he had 61 receiving yards on six receptions, and got into the end zone on three separate occasions.

As McCaffrey continues to destroy defenses, he is now receiving something other than Kyle Allen dump-offs, the praise of his opponents.

Speaking to reporters after the game, Jacksonville Jaguars linebacker Myles Jack both showed his frustration with not being able to stop McCaffrey and pure amazement for what he was able to do.

Carolina's entire offense runs through McCaffrey, in the last two games alone, he has touched the ball 62 times and for the season has seen the ball 136 times. For what he was able to do to a respectable defense, no wonder McCaffrey was reported to have cramps by games end, which kept him out in the fourth quarter.

McCaffrey going off as he did is entertaining and exciting, but his usage is unsustainable. Let's remember that he stands less than six-feet tall and is a shade over 200 pounds. It doesn't matter if your 6'5 and 250; a guy cannot take as many hits as he does and last the whole season.

McCaffrey will need help offensively, but for now, let's enjoy what we are seeing out of one of the league's leading MVP candidates.
