There were a lot of small things that snowballed into the New England Patriots' success which led to their dynasty. Tom Brady's franchise Hall of Fame speech outlined how these range from the help that Robert Kraft gives all the way to the schemes that Bill Belichick uses on game day. But, some nuances were rarely seen by the public. These helped guys like Julian Edelman, Rob Gronkowski, Randy Moss, all the way to Dan Koppen grow to win the Super Bowl a lot.

Bill Belichick is the known head honcho of the Patriots. But, his work had only been so good due to the other members of the coaching staff. This dynasty was built on everyone feeling great and cared for. It all started with how keen their coaches were at developing every player in the organization. Whether they were starting in the Super Bowl or not, everyone was prepared.

Brady outlined how magnificent each part of the Patriots' coaching machine worked during their era, via The Herd with Colin Cowherd.

“One of the great things in my experience with the Patriots was that every player was coached. Even if you were on the practice squad, even if the scout team offense was out there, Dante Scarnecchia was coaching the scout team offensive line as if it was a starting offensive line. And I think a lot of coaches say, ‘Hey, I'll just coach the starter, maybe a few backups' as opposed to, ‘I'm gonna coach every single position.'”

There were a lot of unsung heroes during the Patriots dynasty who did not get a shoutout from Tom Brady during his Hall of Fame speech. However, this does not mean that they were not in the heart of the elite signal caller and Belichick. Moments like Dan Koppen's ability to contain the Seattle Seahawks' Legion of Boom, Wes Welker's vertical which was larger than life, and even Julian Edelman's clutch catches were the foundations of this squad's success.

All of it started because of the coaches who helped Belichick. This is why Brady just has so much love for the way everyone in Robert Kraft's organization functions. He knew that everyone on the Patriots was competent enough to carry out a play when they needed it most. Even the guys on the practice squad performed well.

“So, when people go down, we're going to fill those guys in, and they're going to just step in and play a great role for us, because they're gonna know all the calls, they're gonna know the timing, they're gonna know the precision, they're gonna know exactly what we want to do on every play.”

There are only a few known things about the Patriots dynasty as they ravaged the NFL. This being one of them comes to no one's surprise because organizational stability usually leads to better outcomes for squads. It just so happens that they perfected this so much which led to six Super Bowl victories. Jerod Mayo is the next man up and hopefully he along with Robert Kraft can replicate the same success.
