When people think of New Orleans Pelicans forward Zion Williamson, the first thing that comes to mind is his immense strength. This makes sense because he has the size and power to be on the defensive line of the New Orleans Saints.

However, teammate Steven Adams–who is widely regarded as one of the strongest guys in the league–has a different opinion. Adams made an interesting comment about Zion's strength and why he thinks it's the “least interesting” thing about the Pelicans star.

“I know we talk about strength a lot, but that’s the least interesting thing in his game, him being a strong dude,” Adams said, per Jim Eichenhofer of Pelicans.com. “His touch is so good, his footwork is insane.”

These facets of his game make Zion Williamson even more difficult to defend. He is more than brute strength. Before his ridiculous growth spurt, Zion was a guard and this gave him the opportunity to work more on his handle, passing and court vision, which are all underrated aspects of his game along with the aforementioned touch and footwork.

These contributed to his amazing stat line against the Philadelphia 76ers last Friday, during which he dropped 37 points, 15 boards and eight assists for the Pelicans.

Today, he is officially listed as a forward, but there are times that Zion plays the point and is in charge of facilitating the offense. This gives opposing defenses another thing to worry about as if his dominance inside the paint was not enough.

The sample size is relatively small, but Williamson has already increased his assist averages this season from 3.6 to 4.5. One can expect this number to increase as he is given more playmaking duties with the Pelicans.
