During Sunday's matchup against the Houston Rockets, New Orleans Pelicans rookie Zion Williamson had a ridiculous block on Russell Westbrook's shot attempt.

At the 8:03 mark of the third quarter, Westbrook drove down the line and attempted to score on Williamson. However, the Pelicans rookie was able to use his freakish athleticism to swat the ball off the backboard:

Williamson finished the game with 21 points and 10 rebounds, but the Pelicans struggled in the fourth quarter and suffered a 117-109 loss. New Orleans managed just 16 points in the fourth quarter after entering the final frame with a one-point lead. The defeat ended a three-game winning streak.

Williamson hasĀ played phenomenal to start his NBA career. Entering Sunday's game, the Pelicans youngster had averages of 19.2 points, 7.8 rebounds, and 1.8 assists in 25.0 minutes per game while shooting 62.5 percent from the field and 66.7 percent from beyond the 3-point line.

With Williamson back in the lineup, the Pelicans are seeking to stage a run for the No. 8 seed in the Western Conference. They're currently 12th seed in the Western Conference with a record of 20-30, which is 4.5 games behind the eighth-seeded Memphis Grizzlies.
