Isiah Thomas and the Detroit Pistons infamously walked out on Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls nearly 30 years ago. The Hall of Famer hilariously tried to pull off the same stunt on Tyrese Maxey during the Rising Stars competition on the first day of NBA All-Star weekend.

Check out the awesome scene between the Sixers youngster and the Pistons icon below:

“I ain't shaking no hands,” said the Isiah to Maxey.

The move was clearly referencing Isiah Thomas' snub of MJ and co. during the 1991 Eastern Conference Finals. The Bulls had finally overcome their demons and vanquished Isiah's Pistons in a clean 4-0 sweep.

Clearly, the stakes in this one weren't the same. One difference here is that Team Isiah actually beat Tyrese Maxey's Team Worthy in the first leg of the Rising Stars game in a barn burner ending 50-49 that came down to the final possession. Fellow Piston Saddiq Bey led the way for Isiah's squad with a team-high 16 points.

Maxey himself had a forgettable night. The Sixers guard failed to score a single point during the contest and was also clowned over an embarrassing display at the Clutch Challenge competition alongside rookie Scottie Barnes.

But hey, at least he got his hand shake from Isiah Thomas.
