Detroit Pistons forward Blake Griffin took his licks after being named to the dais for the “Comedy Central Roast of Alec Baldwin.”

Among others, comedian Nikki Glaser had some choice words for Griffin, repeatedly going after Griffin's skin complexion:

Glaser was hardly the only one to poke fun at Griffin. Reality star and former Olympic athlete Caitlyn Jenner took a jab at Griffin's previous relationship with Jenner's daughter, Kendall, and also noted that Griffin was always the “second-best athlete” in the Jenner household.

Griffin got in some good shots of his own with retorts to both Glaser and Jenner's comments.

In his first full season with the Pistons, Griffin was arguably one of the most underrated players in the league. He posted career-high averages in points per game (24.5) while also shooting over 36 percent from beyond the arc, leading the Pistons to the playoffs for the first time in three years.

Griffin has had a very strange career trajectory. He won Rookie of the Year with the Los Angeles Clippers after being selected with the No. 1 overall pick in 2009 (Griffin missed all of the 2009-10 NBA season), and he dazzled NBA fans around the country with highlight-reel dunks and superb athleticism.

Although he was named to the All-Star team in each of his first five seasons, Griffin's tenure in Los Angeles would be marred by injuries and playoff failures. The Clippers were thought to be a potential dynasty with both Griffin and Chris Paul at the helm, but they never even made it to the Western Conference Finals.

However, Griffin appears to have revitalized his career in Detroit, where he will look to lead the Pistons back to the playoffs.
