PSG will be without a key figure of their backline on Tuesday for a massive Champions League round of 16 clash with Real Madrid. Defender Sergio Ramos is still recovering from injury and will be sidelined against his former club.

Ramos has barely featured for PSG since joining on a free transfer last summer. The Spaniard has just four Ligue 1 appearances to his name due to various injury setbacks. This latest one is believed to be a low-grade calf strain that happened in January.

His latest appearance was on January 23rd when he scored against Reims. Nevertheless, PSG will be feeling extremely confident about this heavyweight encounter with Madrid. The Parisians played very well in the group stages, finishing as runners-up to Manchester City.

The French giants are also in line to see Neymar return to the squad on Tuesday after a prolonged absence. The Brazilian hasn't suited up since November. Ramos is the only player not available against Madrid, which is a great sign. That means their attacking trio of Lionel Messi, Kylian Mbappe, and Neymar should be on the pitch together. There is a chance the latter comes on as a substitute, but regardless, PSG is basically at full strength.
