The Oakland Raiders are continuously making moves this offseason and reached a deal to bring former New York Jets running back Isaiah Crowell on board.

Crowell is a fantastic running back and has big-time potential to be a breakout rusher each season. Behind an unproven and dismantled Oakland offensive line, it'll be very interesting to see how Crowell is able to break free and showcase his skill set next season.

The addition of Crowell does not bode too well for veteran running back Marshawn Lynch and it's likely the team made their decision regarding his future a bit easier on him.

Lynch has been mulling his future in the league and it's likely he could either retire or move on from Oakland after two seasons with the team.

The Raiders gain a solid, power rusher in Crowell to complement quick, pass-catching back Jalen Richard and their offense is starting to come together ahead of the 2019 season.

Crowell had a solid season with the Jets in 2018, but an inconsistent one as well which ended in injury for him as he approaches his sixth season.

Crowell rushed for 219 yards last season against the Denver Broncos and as solid of performance as it was, unfortunately, it was more or less his lone bright spot of the season.

The move to add Crowell likely was made to give the team added security at the position with Lynch's status up in the air.

Crowell will help the Raiders in most running situations and the team got him at a very fair deal.
