According to a tweet on Wednesday afternoon from Michael Silver of the NFL Network, it is rumored that there are three teams heavily in the race to sign former Washington Redskins wide receiver Terrelle Pryor: the Los Angeles Rams, San Francisco 49ers, and Cleveland Browns.

Pryor officially became a free agent today after he spent last season with the Redskins on a one-year, $8 million deal. However, he didn't come close to the success he had in the 2016 season with the Browns, hauling in just 20 catches and one touchdown in nine games with Washington.

With Cleveland in 2016, Pryor led the 1-15 Browns in receptions with 77, receiving yards with 1,007, and touchdown receptions with four. After he was selected in the third round of the 2011 Supplemental Draft by the Oakland Raiders, he eventually went on to start nine games in 2013 at quarterback, throwing just seven touchdown passes compared to 11 interceptions.

The Rams already saw wide receiver Sammy Watkins join the Kansas City Chiefs on a three-year, $48 million deal on Tuesday, so adding an option like Pryor for potentially cheap could certainly be a move that is worth doing for Los Angeles.

As for the Niners, general manager John Lynch has remained quite busy this offseason in order to add pieces to a San Francisco team that is on the rise.

Where will Pryor eventually end up for the 2018 season? He would definitely help out a team's wide receiver corps, especially like the Rams, 49ers, and Browns, who continue to look for depth on their roster.
