The Toronto Raptors are set to take on the Golden State Warriors in the 2019 NBA Finals and many are expecting this to be an entertaining series. While the Warriors are being viewed as the favorite to take him another title, Kawhi Leonard may have something to say about it.

Leonard has been the most talked about player in the playoffs this season and for good reason. He has dominated each and every series and has averaged 31.2 points per game to go along with 8.8 rebounds, 3.8 assists, and 1.6 steals. In addition to those numbers, he has shot 50.7 percent from the field overall and 38.8 percent from the three-point arc.

His performance has been noticed by his teammates as well. OG Anunoby, the Raptors' young wing, has decided that he wants to be like Leonard in the future.

There is no denying the talent that Anunoby brings to both ends of court. He is hoping to participate in the NBA Finals, although he has been dealing with health issues stemming from an appendix rupture.

Anunoby ended up playing 67 games in the regular season, starting in six of them. He averaged 7.0 points, 2.9 rebounds, 0.7 assists, and 0.7 steals per game. The numbers aren't there, but the raw talent is.

Toronto has to love seeing their young players take notice of the way Leonard plays and carries himself. If they can have their young wing players emulate Leonard's game and learn from him, they are simply going to get better. Obviously, a big part of that would be keeping Leonard in town with a new contract this offseason.

At just 21 years of age, the sky is the limit for Anunoby. His career is just getting started and it will be interesting to see what ends up happening and how he develops over the next few years.
