Kawhi Leonard will not have a shortage of suitors in free agency, but the Toronto Raptors superstar is not expected to talk to the Dallas Mavericks about a possible deal.

FOX Sports analyst Chris Broussard revealed on Undisputed that the Mavs are out of the running in the Kawhi Leonard race. Broussard, however, added that Philadelphia 76ers might get a chance to make their pitch.

Aside from the Sixers, the Brooklyn Nets and the New York Knicks will reportedly get a meeting with the two-time NBA champion. The Los Angeles Clippers and the Los Angeles Lakers are also tipped to get an opportunity to sit down with Leonard when free agency starts on June 30.

The Clippers are currently being tagged as favorites to land Leonard because the 27-year-old is reportedly interested in playing for his hometown team. The Raptors are not out of the race as well, with Toronto general manager Masai Ujiri expressing his confidence on their chances of keeping the Kawhi after winning the 2019 NBA title.

When the Raptors traded for Kawhi Leonard, he was viewed as a one-year rental for Toronto. However, Ujiri recently said that he feels they have a great chance of re-signing him, thanks in large part to the great experience he had in his first season with the team.
