The Clippers entered the meeting with Chris Paul, Blake Griffin and DeAndre Jordan along with Doc Rivers and Steve Ballmer. The selling point to him was the chance at a “Big Four.” For a long time, the sole position the Clippers were lacking in was the small forward position, and if they're able to pull this off, their “championship contender” tag would likely turn into “championship favorites.”
Durant still has meetings with the Spurs and Celtics on Saturday, and it looks like the Thunder are still ahead in their chances of signing him with the Clippers a close second.
