Boston Celtics power forward Marcus Morris is set to play and start tonight against the Orlando Magic, according to radio voice Sean Grande. Morris could likely sit during Saturday's outing against the Indiana Pacers, as he has yet to be cleared fit to play in back-to-back games.

The Celtics recently had their league-best 16-game win streak snapped by the Miami Heat and look forward to get back into the winning end against a struggling Magic team that has lost six games in a row after Wednesday loss against the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Morris had logged double-digits scoring in seven of his first 10 games of the season, but has yet to top the 26-minute mark within Brad Stevens' rotation. His ability to stretch the floor has helped this team tremendously, giving Stevens yet another option to become a threat from beyond the arc, as teammate Al Horford has become quite fond of spotting up from behind the line as well.

In his potential absence on Saturday, Jayson Tatum and Daniel Theis will benefit the most, getting the bulk of his minutes on the floor.

Boston leads the Eastern Conference by a wide margin, four games ahead of the Detroit Pistons and the Toronto Raptors, while sporting a slimmer lead for the best record, trailed closely by the 14-4 Houston Rockets.
