The Dallas Mavericks lost Game 4 in convincing fashion to the Oklahoma City Thunder and they may have also lost a key player for the rest of the season.

Mavericks point guard Deron Williams exited Saturday's loss due to re-injuring his abdomen. He did not return to the game and head coach Rick Carlisle commented on Williams' status following the loss:

While Dallas' season may come to an end as soon as Monday night when Game 5 is played, the loss of Williams may have been the final blow.

The Mavericks are stacked at point guard with Raymond Felton and J.J. Barea, but Williams was a major contributor as the team's starting point guard this season. He averaged 14.1 points (second on team) and 5.8 assists (first on team) in 65 contests during the regular season for Dallas.

With Williams likely sidelined for Game 5, expect Felton and Barea to start in the backcourt versus the Thunder.
