Everyone was shocked when Stephen Curry admitted that he believes the moon landing is a hoax, and many have taken to ridiculing the star, including Houston Rockets general manager Daryl Morey.

Perhaps Daryl Morey was just trying to defend Houston, a city where NASA's Lyndon B. Johnson space station is located. The Rockets have never been able to beat the Warriors when it counts, so Morey has to get his shots in when he can.

Furthermore, this is some elite-level old-school meme-ing from Morey. The text bars at the top and the bottom of the picture was a staple of meme culture for years, but it has fallen out of favor in recent years. It's not the type of meme we see very often anymore, but somehow Morey pulls it off.

But Stephen Curry has the last laugh for now. The Warriors are starting to roll now that Curry is fully healthy. Meanwhile, the Rockets are flailing and are a paltry 11-14, which puts them at 14th in the Western Conference. The only team worse than the Rockets in the West is the inept Phoenix Suns.

That's a major fall from grace for a team that was one game (and perhaps one Chris Paul hamstring) away from beating the Warriors and advancing to the NBA Finals.

But the good news for Morey's Rockets is that they are only three games out of a playoff spot and they have ample time to turn the season around. But with each loss, a turnaround looks less and less likely.
