Houston Rockets small forward Gerald Green is really excited to have superstar point guard Russell Westbrook in Houston.

In fact, he is so excited that Green is offering up his stylist to Westbrook if the former MVP ever needs his hair braided. The high-flyer also says Westbrook is “going to be the key” for the Rockets to win the title next season.

Russell Westbrook has averaged a triple-double three seasons in a row. With the Rockets, he's reuniting with his close pal James Harden.

Houston is the only team in the NBA with two MVPs on its roster. Needless to say, the Rockets are going to be very explosive on offense next season.

Last season for the Oklahoma City Thunder, Westbrook put up 22.9 points, 11.1 rebounds and 10.7 assists while shooting 42.8 percent from the field, 29.0 percent from beyond the arc and 65.6 percent from the free-throw line. Westbrook had surgery on his left hand to repair a torn ligament in a finger and also had a minor procedure on his surgically repaired right knee after OKC was bounced by the Portland Trail Blazers in the first round of the playoffs in five games. He's 100 percent now, though.

The Rockets know what they're going to get from Westbrook and Harden on a nightly basis. For Houston to win it all, guys such as Gerald Green, Eric Gordon, PJ Tucker, Austin Rivers and Clint Capela will have to play at a high level — especially in the playoffs.
