Houston Rockets point guard John Wall didn't mince any words after his team absorbed a lopsided defeat against the Memphis Grizzlies on Sunday night. After the game, Wall vented out his disappointment with their poor showing on the floor as they snagged their 11th consecutive loss, via The Athletic‘s Kelly Iko.

Wall's reaction was certainly on point as the entire Rockets squad struggled to put points on the board on Sunday night. On the other hand, the Grizzlies came out firing in the second quarter of the game to successfully distance themselves with a huge margin from their opponent.

The Rockets never came close to getting back in the game as they sustained a 133-84 beating from the Grizzlies. With their 11th straight defeat, the Houston-based squad plummeted to an 11-21 record for the 14th spot in the Western Conference. Wall himself only managed to record 14 points while shooting 4-of-16 from the field.

Wall was also 0-of-5 from 3-point range, which was part of a historically bad long-distance shooting night for Houston. The Rockets, somehow, only made four of their 45 3-point attempts for game. They shot 27.7% overall.

Victor Oladipo and Christian Wood were certainly missed in this game. Houston is trying to get more experience for Justin Patton with Wood out and DeMarcus Cousins no longer on the roster, and the young big man isn't ready to make a signifiant impact yet.

This Rockets season is going down the drain, putting Wall in a difficult and frustrating spot after his trade from the Washington Wizards. It sure looks like Oladipo could get dealt again, and other veterans such as P.J. Tucker and Eric Gordon could be on the move as well as Houston shifts into a rebuilding phase.
