Sixers big man Joel Embiid has arrived to Walt Disney World and he made a grand entrance.

The Sixers star showed up to Orlando in a hazmat suit and mask.

The state of Florida is a huge hotspot for COVID-19. With that said, you can't really blame Embiid for taking all the necessary precautions.

Before the 2020 playoffs start, all 22 teams at Disney World will play in eight seeding games. Embiid and the Sixers will face the Indiana Pacers, San Antonio Spurs, Washington Wizards, Orlando Magic, Portland Trail Blazers, Phoenix Suns, Toronto Raptors and Houston Rockets.

Embiid, one of the best players in the NBA, was averaging 23.4 points, 11.8 rebounds and 3.1 assists in 44 contests for the Sixers before games were suspended in March after Utah Jazz center Rudy Gobert tested positive for COVID-19. Philadelphia has lost in the second round of the playoffs in the last two postseasons. As a result, Embiid and Co. are certainly motivated to go on a deep playoff run once the 2020 postseason starts.

Most pundits who cover the NBA believe if the Sixers don't play well in the playoffs, Embiid or Ben Simmons will be traded and head coach Brett Brown will be fired. There's a lot of pressure on Philadelphia to go on a deep postseason run at Disney World.

The team played very well at home this season but was terrible on the road.
