Chicago Bulls legend and NBA Hall of Famer Scottie Pippen thinks the “sky is the limit” for the Philadelphia 76ers if Sixers star Joel Embiid can keep his weight down.

In a hilarious video where was doing the One Chip Challenge eating the spicy Carolina Reaper Pepper chip, Embiid revealed he has lost around 25 pounds this summer.

Scottie Pippen says as along as Embiid stays in shape throughout the season, there's nothing stopping the Sixers from winning an NBA championship.

Last season for the Sixers, Joel Embiid played in 64 games. The two-time All-Star averaged 27.5 points, 13.6 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 1.9 blocks while shooting 48.4 percent from the field, 30.0 percent from beyond the arc and 80.4 percent from the free-throw line.

Embiid recorded 58 double-doubles, two triple-doubles and helped the Sixers get to the second round of the playoffs, where they lost to the Toronto Raptors in seven games on that epic game-winning shot by Kawhi Leonard.

The next step for Embiid is to become more consistent with his 3-point game and be in better condition. Losing the 25 pounds is a good step in the right direction for Embiid.

The Sixers have a really good shot at winning the title in 2019-20. Philly’s starting lineup of Ben Simmons, Josh Richardson, Tobias Harris, Al Horford and Embiid is as good as it gets in the NBA.
