Philadelphia 76ers forward Ben Simmons and known partner Kendall Jenner have yet to make their dating situation official, but the two have already been spotted coming out of the same spot in Los Angeles.
According to TMZ, the newly-crowned Rookie of the Year and the Calabasas native socialite have both been observed going in an out of a modern rental home — a five-bedroom, six-bath home that has a pool and is located near the Grove and trendy Fairfax area.
Both Simmons and Jenner have been spotted out and around town together, and while the name on the lease hasn't been determined, the rental is for three months (roughly the amount of time off Simmons will have before heading into his second NBA season), according to Shay Gozlan and Rudy Malka of Living The Dream properties, who listed the home.
Jenner recently purchased Charlie Sheen's old Beverly Hills home, though she's giving this place a lift of her own liking, so this could likely be her crash pad in the meantime.
