Just because the Philadelphia 76ers have been the biggest joke in the NBA these past few seasons doesn’t mean they can’t dish out gags themselves.

Proving that it’s very possible to be the butt of jokes and jokesters at the same time, Sixers players gamely participated in several rounds of Bad Joke Telling by Whistle Sports.

The video started off pretty bland with Robert Covington and Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot with the latter having trouble at times getting the jokes in English. The best part, however, came when it was Dario Saric and JJ Redick’s turn to exchange jokes.

The one featuring T.J. McConnell and Nik Stauskas was also a good one. Both looked like grade schoolers who are legitimately enjoying the stupid jokes they were throwing at each other.

I tried to watch the entire video again on mute, this time pretending that they were all telling each other Philadelphia’s win totals in any of the past four seasons. Worked better for me.
