PSG star Kylian Mbappe will see his current deal in the French capital expire this summer and there is a growing belief that he could leave the club on a free transfer and complete a dream move to Real Madrid. But, Paris is doing everything possible to make sure that doesn't happen.

In February, PSG offered him a record-breaking extension, but Mbappe hasn't accepted it. Nevertheless, many around the team believe he must stay and put pen to paper on a new deal. Per Marca:

There is growing pressure on Kylian Mbappe to stay at Paris Saint-Germain beyond the expiry of his contract in the summer, with PSG's owners and fans agreeing that he should have a team built around him in order to keep him at the club.

It's no secret that Mbappe is the face of PSG. Even with Lionel Messi in the squad, Mbappe is the real superstar, scoring goals at a ridiculous rate. Coincidentally enough, he scored a terrific winner against Madrid in the first leg of the Champions League Round of 16 a couple of weeks back and then also scored a brace this past weekend in league play.

He seems very committed to PSG right now, constantly voicing his desire to win Europe's most prized competition. Fans at the Parc des Princes have even held up banners essentially begging him to stay in Paris. But, we have to remember, Real Madrid is the biggest club in the world and it's a chance for him to play against top-notch competition on a more consistent basis. It's clear that he's fully focused on PSG right now, but that being said, his mind is far from made up on what his next move will be.
