The San Antonio Spurs have added a pair of bodies to their offseason roster. According to Keith Smith of Real GM, the Spurs have inked Amida Brimah and Julian Washburn to Exhibit 10 deals.

Brimah, a seven-foot center, went unselected back in the 2017 NBA Draft but found a way to play for the Chicago Bulls in last year’s Summer League. After that, he had a training stint with the Spurs, so this is his second time to hook up with San Antonio. He also played for the Spurs’ G League affiliate Austin Spurs in 2017-18, appearing in 48 games (four starts) and averaging 6.6 points and 7.4 rebounds. He spent four years in college with the UConn Huskies and as a freshman, was part of the seventh-seed squad that won the national championship.

Washburn, on the other hand, is a product of the UTEP Miners, having played in the program from 2011 to 2015. After going undrafted in the NBA in 2015, Washburn played with the Golden State Warriors’ Summer League team that same year and also had previous offseason stints with the Spurs and the Los Angeles Clippers. In addition to those, Washburn has international basketball experience with travels in Germany and New Zealand.

Julian Washburn was a teammate of Amida Brimah in the G League last season in which the forward put up 5.0 points and 3.2 rebounds per contest.

Since both Brimah and Washburn signed Exhibit 10 deals, they each stand to receive up to $50,000 if they get waived but decides to join San Antonio’s G League affiliate, assuming they get such offer from the Spurs.
