Even if the Pittsburgh Steelers don't make another move during the NFL offseason, Antonio Brown and company will be legitimate Super Bowl contenders in the AFC heading into the 2018 campaign. The Steelers are stacked with talent offensively and want to take the next step this year to dethrone the New England Patriots in the conference.
On Sunday, Brown took to Twitter with an interesting pitch to a fellow star wideout. The perennial All-Pro openly recruited former Dallas Cowboys star, Dez Bryant.
Bryant recently went on a tirade on Twitter blasting his former team, Cowboys owner Jerry Jones, and the fact that Stephen Jones was suggesting Dak Prescott needs to play within the team's system to improve his game. Bryant took a shot at the predictable play calling from the coaching staff and didn't hold back his thoughts on Dallas' current situation.
Ironically enough, this stream of tweets from Bryant came after news surfaced of the Cleveland Browns being interested in the three-time Pro Bowler. There was reported mutual interest between the two sides with a scheduled visit in the works.
With Bryant as vocal as ever and still unemployed, it'll be interesting to see where he may land before next season. Brown recruiting the controversial wideout to the Steelers is a twist no one saw coming, but he could be a welcome addition alongside arguably the best receiver in the game and JuJu Smith-Schuster.
In his last season with the Cowboys, Bryant played all 16 games catching 69 passes for 838 yards and six touchdowns.
