The Pittsburgh Steelers have a lot to prove in the 2019 season. Cornerback Joe Haden is ready for anything. Haden has played at an incredible level since joining the Steelers back in 2017 and has brought some cohesiveness to the team's defense.
Haden was released by the Cleveland Browns prior to the 2017 season and the Steelers jumped at the chance to get him for themselves. The Steelers have reaped the benefits of Haden's solid play, but the other side of the ball has been the issue. Pittsburgh can not seem to get it right when it comes to finding a cornerback to play alongside Haden, but this offseason still holds the possibility they may solve that issue.
The Steelers have been on the receiving end of a lot of unfortunate drama since the beginning of the 2018 season and it hasn't gotten any better for them since. Now that Antonio Brown and Le'Veon Bell are no longer with the team, the Steelers can only hope to move forward and get back to the postseason. It's going to take a lot for them this season to maintain a strong mindset, but the team has proved to be one of the stronger mental teams in the past and the talent is surely there for them.
