Chris Paul and the Phoenix Suns were riding high with about a week before their Western Conference Finals showdown, regardless of opponent. But it looks like they'll need all the time they can get with CP3 getting put into Health and Safety protocols.

Paul's status is up in the air for the start of the Western Conference finals, according to sources. Paul’s Suns will face the winner of the Jazz-Clippers series, which is tied 2-2.
Depending on the medical circumstance, an isolation period could be shorter for a vaccinated individual.
CP3's vaccination status immediately became the next question asked by fans and observers. Based on Jalen Rose's intel, the 11-time All-Star has indeed been vaccinated.

The news on CP3 definitely takes some shine away from their bid to escape the Western Conference. But if Paul can manage to find his way back earlier, or possibly not even miss a game, then perhaps they can weather the storm.
Utah Jazz have looked shellshocked in their last two contests against the Los Angeles Clippers, but with Kawhi Leonard dealing with a knee injury, the Suns' matchup has gone back up in the air.
