The Tokyo Olympics are set to kick off on Friday, and the Team USA men's basketball team is doing everything they can to walk away with a gold medal. On Thursday came reports of Kevin Durant and Bam Adebayo having a little beef during practice with the Olympics right around the corner.

Then Adebayo tried to get Damian Lillard involved on Twitter, and the Portland Trail Blazers star wanted nothing to do with it:

Yeah, Lillard wants no part in this beef. Let's hope Team USA can work out the kinks before they start the Olympic competition.

Team USA's struggles have already been evident after they dropped a pair of exhibition games to Nigeria and Australia in Las Vegas. They then lost Bradley Beal and Kevin Love and replaced them with JaVale McGee and Keldon Johnson.

On top of all that, they are just barely getting Devin Booker, Jrue Holiday, and Khris Middleton after the trio wrapped up the NBA Finals. The last thing Team USA needs is chemistry issues and beef with each other.

Either way, Damian Lillard wants no part of any of that and is just looking to compete for the gold medal in Tokyo this year.
