The Oklahoma City Thunder host the Minnesota Timberwolves on Tuesday and backup point guard Dennis Schroder is questionable to play.

Dennis Schroder is dealing with a quad contusion he suffered against the Washington Wizards on Sunday. According to Royce Young of ESPN, Schroder will warm up before the game before he decides if he's going to play or not.

The Thunder acquired Schroder from the Atlanta Hawks in the Carmelo Anthony trade which took place over the summer and he has been a magnificent pick up for the team. The explosive guard from Germany is averaging 15.4 points, 3.8 rebounds and 4.4 assists per game this year while shooting 40.9 percent from the field, 31.0 percent from beyond the arc and 82.2 percent from the free-throw line.

If Schroder can't play against Minnesota, veteran guard Raymond Felton will be star Russell Westbrook's backup at the point guard position. Felton, 34, is averaging 4.7 points on the year.

OKC is coming off a bad loss to the Wizards on Sunday, so they will look to get back in the win column against the Timberwolves on Tuesday. The Thunder lost to the Timberwolves at home in December.

The Thunder are 25-14 on the season, good for third place in the Western Conference standings.
