Russell Westbrook is consistently regarded as a freak of nature. Rightfully so, Westbrook plays his with his emotions on his shoulder. He is one of the most explosive point guards in the NBA, and he isn't afraid to lead his team to a victory no matter what.

Last season, Westbrook made history and became the second player in NBA history to average a triple-double for an entire season. He did so recording massive triple-doubles at an alarming rate. This season, that hasn't changed a bit.

Against the Memphis Grizzlies on Wednesday night, scoring 23 points, 15 assists, and 13 rebounds. That triple-double was his 20th in the season with 15 assists or more, which happens to be the most since Magic Johnson, per ESPN.

Westbrook has registered 15 triple-doubles with at least 20 points and 15 assists in his career. That equals the total number of such performances for all other active players combined: four by LeBron James, three each by James Harden and Chris Paul, and one for Eric Bledsoe, Tyreke Evans, Brandon Knight, Rajon Rondo and Ricky Rubio.

Westbrook is no stranger to making history and being compared to one of the best point guards of all-time. In fact, Westbrook is still in his prime and much of his career is still in front of him. It wouldn't be a ridiculous statement to say that Westbrook might end up surpassing Johnson when it is all said and done. Like Magic, Westbrook is an aggressive do-it-all point guard that is one the most talented players in the NBA.

Though, at the end of the day, no player can truly do it like Westbrook.
