Tiger Woods is back.

The legendary golfer recently announced that he would be participating with his son Charlie in the PNC Championship this weekend, including the pro-am portion of the event. Tiger and Charlie hit the range before Friday's pro-am and then teed off in the morning:

It was obviously heartwarming to watch Tiger and Charlie Woods together, with the proud dad in coach mode for his son. But it was also great to see Tiger out there swinging with seemingly no real limitations. As noted by TMZ, his first drive of the day went for around 280 yards:

This is Tiger Woods' first event since his horrific car crash in February. The brutal accident left some wondering if he would be able to play golf professionally again, but he has worked hard to get back to this point so he can be back on the course. While Tiger recently admitted he won't be able to play full-time again, he'll surely try to pick and choose his spots so he can play in majors and some other big events.

Will Tiger be ready for a major tournament in 2022? That remains to be seen. We'll see how this weekend goes for him as he makes his comeback.
