A Philadelphia 76ers fan had a little too many years worth of frustration and flipped Russell Westbrook the double bird after he finished an acrobatic scoop layup between three defenders in the first quarter of Wednesday night's game against the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Westbrook drove hard with the defense draped around him, taking off from the free throw line and finishing in an acrobatic double clutch scoop with the right hand. Upon getting the and-one call, he was met by the fan, who visibly yelled “f*** you” and flipped him off with both hands.

As it turns out, the fan is a urologist who studied at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore and works at a medical center in the Philadelphia area, according to Philadelphia sports blogger Kyle Scott.

Needless to say, the guy looked pissed at the Thunder point guard — Westbrook, on the other hand, was more surprised than angry with his reaction, pointing on his direction like “what's his deal?” — the fan was escorted out of the arena shortly afterward.

No matter what you do for a living or what kind of seats you can afford, the internet will always come back to haunt you.

Stay classy, Philly.
