Sacramento Kings shooting guard Buddy Hield will be participating in the 2019 3-point contest at All-Star weekend, and Saturday night against the Detroit Pistons, the sharpshooter showed exactly why.

With 3.4 seconds left in regulation and the Kings trailing 101-100, Buddy Hield hit an insane one-legged 3-pointer at the buzzer to give Sacramento the huge road win.

That's an unbelieving shot by Buddy Hield, who finished with 35 points on the night while shooting 13-of-22 from the field, 7-of-9 from beyond the arc and 2-of-2 from the free-throw line. The guard also grabbed nine rebounds and dished out three assists.

With the win, the Kings are now 24-22 on the season and 10-12 on the road.

The body languages of both teams are impossible to ignore. The Kings players are running around the court like little kids at a candy store, while the Pistons are just standing their in utter shock that Hield just hit that circus shot. It's just been that type of season for the Kings, who are shocking people left and right.

Against the Los Angeles Lakers in December, Bogdan Bogdanović hit a game-winning 3-pointer at home. Now, Buddy Hield has one on his résumé. Hield's shot, to be fair, was much more difficult than Bogdanović's.
