A disgruntled Golden State Warriors team was not happy with a Flagrant 1 foul call on Kevin Durant in the later stages of the fourth quarter of Game 3, after he pushed Utah Jazz center Rudy Gobert in the back after being shoved himself when battling for inside position.

The incident was reviewed and Durant was assessed the designated flagrant call along with a technical foul — giving the Jazz a technical free throw, which star forward Gordon Hayward cashed in with ease, and two flagrant foul shots to Gobert for a total of three.

As Gobert stepped to the line, Durant called Gobert a “bi*** ass,” while his teammate Draymond Green laughed it off with a smug look on his face — saying his free throws were a “waste of time” because of his lack of effectiveness at the line.

Gobert consequently missed both of the flagrant free throws, unreasonably keeping his goose-neck follow through extended after the shooting motion had ended.

The 7-foot-1 goliath was 7-of-15 from the line and has shot a very poor 10-of-22 (45.4 percent) from the stripe in this series. Gobert has only made 22 of his 44 shots from the line during this postseason — making an otherwise excellent free-throw shooting team that much less effective.
