About halfway through the first quarter, a wayward pass from a driving LeBron James to Kevin Love in the corner found its way to a courtside Warriors fan instead. Seeing the moment in front of him must have been too tempting, and instead of passively giving the referee the ball, the spectator heaved a long three before the camera cut out the hopeful shot hanging in the air.
Unfortunately, the ball didn't make the basket, and the fan lost his opportunity at Game 7 greatness, but the dream will live on forever for courtside fans everywhere. One day, somebody else will get this opportunity, and all they can do is seize the chance presented to them.
