On Friday, Utah Jazz big man Rudy Gobert became emotional when discussing his All-Star snub with reporters, wiping tears from his face as he walked away from the scrum. Gobert began to waver when he talked about how his mother called him up crying when she heard the news, which led to him becoming overcome with emotion as he stepped away. Golden State Warriors players Draymond Green and Andre Iguodala then both had corny reactions to Gobert's sadness, with both guys taking to Twitter to poke fun at the 26-year-old.

Denver Nuggets guard Isaiah Thomas also made a remark that Gobert was “too big” to be crying, but then quickly apologized on Twitter.

The players were then ripped for their attempt at humor:

This is what is really bothersome about the whole thing. Gobert was not crying because he was snubbed from the All-Star Game; he was clearly just upset over the fact that his mother was so bothered by it.

Portland Trail Blazers guard Damian Lillard, fortunately, expressed support for Gobert, retweeting a positive message about the Frenchman's reaction:

But the best Twitter response to Draymond is definitely those who brought up the fact that he called up Kevin Durant from the parking lot immediately after the Warriors lost to the Cleveland Cavaliers in the 2016 NBA Finals.

Oh, and here:

Anddd here:

Green's only response?

Yeah. I think it's safe to say that you lost this one, Draymond.

And this is just another reason for people to root against the Warriors.
