Golden State Warriors star forward Draymond Green is used to the ‘villain treatment' from opposing fans. Given his outspoken nature and aggressive playing style, Green has often drawn the ire of his opponents and their fans throughout his career. However, even Green had to be surprised when the entire TD Garden crowd was chanting ‘F*** you Draymond' at him during Game 3 of the NBA Finals.

The Warriors star was involved in a couple of incidents with the Celtics in Game 2, as he earned a technical foul after a scuffle with Celtics forward Grant Williams and nearly received another for an incident with Jaylen Brown. Boston proceeded to serenade Green in Game 3 with the NSFW chant.

In an interview with JJ Redick on the former NBA player's podcast, The Old Man & The Three, Green made a huge admission about the chants he heard from Celtics fans.

Green said that he took pleasure in going into any arena and silencing the opposing crowd. However, after being subjected to the crude and unruly Celtics crowd, the Warriors star said that quieting the masses at TD Garden “took the cake.”

Green went on to hilariously note that the Celtics fans attempted a last-ditch chant during Game 6, but that it was so quiet it sounded like a “G-League gym.”

Clearly, the Warriors are basking in the glow of their NBA Finals victory. No one is doing that more than Green, though.

He savagely trolled Boston for their T-shirt giveaway after the Warriors won the title. He and the Warriors started up a ‘F*** you Draymond' chant in the locker room after Game 6.

Green obviously enjoyed winning his fourth ring but the fact that it came against the Celtics and their wild fans made it even sweeter.
