The NBA 2k19 ratings for the Golden State Warriors' starting line up is out. Now powered by the addition of DeMarcus Cousins, the defending champions' projected protagonists look meaner than ever.

Originally reported by Mike Korzemba, below are the ratings for Stephen Curry and company:

As expected, everyone in the starting line up is close to a rating of 90.

Though this is tagged as the projected starting five, it'll most likely be the real starting five of the defending champions. However, this group of stars will have to wait longer before they see the floor together as Cousins, who shocked the world with his offseason signing, is still nursing an Achilles injury and is expected to join the team by December or January.

But for NBA 2K gamers, Cousins will be up and ready to play for head coach Steve Kerr. They can already relieve their fantasies of Cousins playing some pick and roll action with the sharp-shooting Stephen Curry, or maybe just outright bully his way to the paint.

Kevin Durant got the highest rating in the powerhouse line up. Say what you want to say but he deserves it. Since his controversial move to the Warriors, Durant has evolved from a mere offensive threat to a defensive dynamo – a complete and terrifying package, if you may.

This five is so complete that it's hard to come up with a team that has assembled a collection of five superstars in their prime and among the best at their respective positions.

NBA 2k19 will be out on September 11. For those who pre-ordered it, they will receive the game on September 7.
