A lot has been said about how Kevin Durant was jealous of Stephen Curry and the treatment he got from fans and the media during his time with the Golden State Warriors. However, KD wants to set the record straight once and for all.

In a recent conversation with media personalities, Durant fired back at the notion that he did not like the fact Curry was getting more love than him. The Brooklyn Nets star also pointed out he never thought he wasn't getting the support of fans, seeing people wear his jersey all the time during games.

Moreover, Durant emphasized that he never said he was pissed or frustrated by the fan treatment or that he hates his Warriors teammates, adding that he never said any of those things and it was only a product of false stories created by the media.

Listen to Durant's comments below:

For what it's worth, the story of Kevin Durant getting jealous of Stephen Curry and hating his Warriors teammates doesn't make much sense in the first place. After all, there's no doubt fans loved him and even Curry stepped aside to let KD become the main man.

His final season with the Dubs might be tumultuous, which is probably why there have been several talks of the tense relationship he allegedly had with the team, but that might not be telling the whole story at all.

Aside from the conversation, Durant also took to Twitter to deny the ugly treatment he reportedly felt during his time with the Warriors. For the Nets forward, it's all fake news.

It sure looks like KD is not stopping any time soon when it comes to responding to his haters and doubters. With that said, there should be more comments coming as he stays pretty active on Twitter.
