The Golden State Warriors trio of Klay Thompson, Jordan Poole, and Stephen Curry accomplished an insane three-point shooting feat in Friday night's game against the San Antonio Spurs. Poole's six three-pointers on Friday brought him to over 200 made threes on the season, making him the third player on the 2022-23 Warriors to join the exclusive club. Curry (257) and Thompson (285) are, of course, the other two members.

Following Golden State's win over the Spurs, Curry spoke to the media about the incredibly impressive three-point accomplishment, per a tweet from ClutchPoints' official Twitter account:

“It's awesome. We obviously shoot the ball at a high level and try to be efficient with it and we do it in three kind of creative ways, so it's nice to accomplish feats that are rare in NBA history.”

Stephen Curry, 35, is in his 14th year in the NBA, all as a member of the storied Warriors franchise. He's averaging 29.7 points, 6.2 rebounds, 6.3 assists, 0.9 steals, 0.3 blocks, and 3.3 turnovers per game across 52 appearances this season (all starts).

Thompson, Curry, and Poole are just the second trio to make 200-plus threes each in NBA history, joining James Harden, Ryan Anderson, and Eric Gordon on the 2016-17 Houston Rockets.

With the playoffs right around the corner, the Warriors are playing some of their best basketball of the season. The team owns a 6-4 record over their last ten games and has won two games in a row. While the Warriors aren't among the title favorites like they were a year ago, no team will want to play them in the first round of the playoffs.
